PROBLEM 2-AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM) SAFETY AREA AND SPECIAL FOR PERSON WITH DISABILITIES.

ATM machine are only available on the ground flour only .ATM  there are only two machine only.On weekends or holiday,people began to spend time in Mega mall with family or friends to buy the groceries or get as many entertainment venues.This led to the public queuing to withdraw money at ATM machine.This can cause the path becomes congested and compact.Beside that, some might try to take advantage of such theft.More difficult if the ATM machine is damaged, people had to search for ATM machine around the outside Mega mall.This is wasting their time.

THE PROBLEM IS:

1.Position of the ATM machine is not safe because it is located under the escalators.

2.Interface with the main path of the public because it located in the open.

3.Requires a large space to put the machine ATM.

4.Lack of ATM machines and sometimes damage.

5.Nothing special ATM machine for the disabled people. 

To solve this problem,I suggested the Mega mall choose a more strategic and not the main obstacle  is the public  and for more safe.Mega mall should provide more ATM machines to facilities the public.

                                     SPECIAL FOR PERSON DISABILITIES ATM MACHINE.

THE SOLUTION IS:

1.ATM machine placed in the right place and does not obstruct the main or the public.

2.Increase the ATM machine  in one place and each level.

3.People do not have to queue.

4.Provide special ATM machines for the disabled.

5.ATM machine placed like picture 1 to save space.

6.Guarantees of security of any mishap.
