Megamall or supermarket have a lot of customer coming in and out till the closing time to window shopping , looking around or buying things. In the middle of shopping, no one knows if the customer safety is actually safe. No one knows also know that there will be no thief or buglers tried to steal things from the shop or customer.
Problem Statement :
- A lot of people with different race, religion and etc. came in and out every day.
- Crime can also happen in daylight.
- People can be easily accused for something he/she does not even does it.
- Anything bad might happened to customer that been attacked especially for girl and children.
- Security guard are unable to guard every inch of the Megamall to make sure nothing bad happened.
Solution :
- Installed a CCTV (closed-circuit television) that are most applied to those used for surveillance in areas that may need monitoring.
- Make sure that it is especially installed in the place where customer does not usually go.
- Any route that was not used and do not have any need for customer to go in should be confirmed locked.
- Security guard should be guarding at the specific where he is need since CCTV can not be used to help the people from its attacker.
